Use email design and reply-to settings so client emails show suitable business details and send replies to the right inbox.

Settings that affect client emails

Fencify uses your saved business details, logo display, colours, footer text and disclaimer text when preparing branded client emails. The client email reply-to field controls where replies should go when clients respond.

If the reply-to field is left blank, Fencify uses your account email for client replies.

Updating reply and branding details

  1. Open your account area.
  2. Open Customisation.
  3. Review Email design settings, including logo display, colours, footer text and business details.
  4. Open Templates and check the Client email reply-to field.
  5. Save changes before relying on those details in client emails.
  6. Send a test email when you want to check the saved design in your inbox.

Good operating checks

  • Use an inbox monitored by your office or estimating team for client replies.
  • Review footer and disclaimer text against your business process before sending client emails.
  • Check branding again after changing your business name, logo, email address or phone number.
