Use Xero connection status to confirm whether Fencify can sync invoices, contacts and payments with your Xero accounting account.

Checking the Xero card

Open Integrations and review the Xero card. When Xero is linked, the card shows Connected and provides a disconnect option. When no accounting provider is linked, the card offers Connect Xero.

Accounting provider selection

Fencify supports Xero and QuickBooks as accounting providers. If QuickBooks is currently connected, the Xero card asks you to disconnect QuickBooks first before linking Xero.

Reviewing sync health for Xero

The advanced area can show Xero mapping totals, queue depth, last success and last error details. Use those values to decide whether recent invoice sync work needs attention.

When to check Xero status

  • Before sending invoices you expect to sync to Xero.
  • After connecting or reconnecting the accounting account.
  • After a failed or retrying invoice sync is reported.
  • Before month-end bookkeeping checks.
