Updating delivery details

The overview tab contains the main project record. You can review or update the project name, current status and installation schedule. The available project statuses are In Progress, Quoted, Completed and Cancelled.

Use the start and end date fields to keep the install window current. These dates also support wider scheduling and operational planning across the app.

Checking client and site information

The client information panel stores the email, phone and site address for the project. Keep these details accurate before sending client communication, preparing site documents or using the public project portal.

If a linked visual site plan exists, the overview can show the plan snapshot and provide a way back to the visual plan for editing.

Handover status on the overview

The overview reflects progress toward handover. When all project milestones are complete, the page can show that the project is ready for a handover request. Once the client signs off, the completed handover certificate becomes available from the project record.
