Open the Command Centre to check today's field activity, quote follow-up priorities, and performance trends before your team starts the day.

Read the Command Centre at a glance

The top of the page gives you a fast snapshot of revenue, expenses, net profit, and outstanding debt when financial access is enabled for your account. These cards help you spot movement early and decide where follow-up is needed first.

Keep this as your opening check each morning. It gives your office and operations team a shared view of current workload and financial momentum.

Work through the Field Work panels

The Field Work area surfaces the next practical jobs to action:

  • Upcoming Site Visits: lead visits sorted by visit date, with direct actions to open the lead or start a quote.
  • Active Installs: in-progress projects sorted by install start date, with quick access to the project record and job sheet.

Use these two panels together when planning crew movements and daily calls. The visit list drives quoting activity, while active installs keep delivery timing visible.

Prioritise follow-ups in Pipeline Focus

Pipeline Focus keeps quote work moving through two actionable lists:

  1. Review Stale Quotes to find proposals that need contact today.
  2. Open each quote record to confirm scope, value, and previous activity.
  3. Send a follow-up nudge from the available action when client contact is due.
  4. Review Draft Quotes and open Quote Builder to finish and issue anything waiting to send.

Running this sequence each day keeps the quote pipeline active and reduces delays between site visit, proposal issue, and client response.

Review Intelligence before weekly planning

The Intelligence section combines trend and source signals for planning meetings.

  • Cashflow: a 30-day revenue and expense trend line to spot margin pressure or stronger collection periods.
  • Lead Source Performance: enquiries, won count, win rate, and pipeline revenue by source so you can focus spend and follow-up on channels producing stronger results.

Use this section in weekly reviews to decide where to push quoting effort, where to tighten follow-up, and which lead sources deserve more attention next cycle.
