Use the notification drawer
Use the notification drawer for a quick view of the latest Fencify alerts while you are working elsewhere in the app.
Checking recent alerts quickly
The bell in the top menu opens a compact drawer with the most recent notifications for your account. The drawer shows recent titles, descriptions, links where available and a relative time so you can decide what needs action.
When unread notifications exist, the bell can show a pending indicator. Opening the drawer marks current unread items as read and clears the pending state for your account.
Using the drawer during work
- Select the bell in the top menu.
- Review the latest notification cards.
- Open a linked item when the alert relates to a quote, project, payment, proposal or client action.
- Use View more when you need the full internal notifications list.
When to open the full list
The drawer is best for quick triage. Open the full notifications page when you want to review older alerts, compare timing across records or work through several updates in sequence.
