Reading the project register

The list shows project records for your account, including the project name, site address, suburb and current status. Status labels include In Progress, Quoted, Completed and Cancelled, so your team can quickly tell which jobs need attention.

Where job costing is available to your role, the list can also surface cost baseline, actual cost and variance indicators. Use these signals to spot projects that may need a closer financial review before materials, labour or scheduling decisions continue.

Finding the right project

1. Open the Projects page from the app navigation.
2. Use the status filter to narrow the list to a delivery stage.
3. Use the search field for project name, site address or suburb.
4. Reset filters when you need to return to the full project pipeline.

Opening and acting on a project

Open a project when you need to update project details, upload files, check variations, review payment progress, manage operations or prepare site documents. Bulk actions are available from the list for authorised users, including selected project deletion.
