Quotes that can use the schedule

The follow-up settings panel appears for sent or viewed quotes that have not been converted to a project. It lets you keep reminders active, pause them, set the cadence in days and choose the maximum number of nudges.

Updating the schedule

1. Open the quote detail page.
2. Open the follow-up and nudges panel.
3. Choose whether follow-ups stay enabled.
4. Select the cadence in days.
5. Select the maximum nudge count.
6. Save the follow-up settings.

How the settings are applied

If follow-ups are paused, the quote schedule is paused and the next run is cleared. If follow-ups are enabled, Fencify schedules the quote using the selected cadence and maximum nudge count.

Good follow-up habits

• Use shorter cadence for urgent quotes and longer cadence for low-pressure work.
• Check recent nudge history before increasing the maximum count.
• Pause follow-ups after the customer responds through another channel.
