Generate project SWMS
Use Generate SWMS on a project to select relevant hazards and create a Safe Work Method Statement PDF for the job record.
Before creating the SWMS
Review the project site details, installation conditions and enabled SWMS hazard library. The project SWMS uses the selected hazards, the project record and the active SWMS template where available.
Generating the project SWMS
- Open the project.
- Go to the Operations area and find Safety Documentation.
- Select Generate SWMS.
- Tick the hazards that apply to the work and site conditions.
- Select Generate to create the SWMS PDF.
What updates after generation
Fencify saves the selected hazards against the project SWMS record. Where the SWMS template is enabled, the generated PDF can also be stored in the generated document history for the project.
Site review checks
Review the SWMS against the actual work method, site hazards, crew, equipment and project requirements before work starts. Regenerate the SWMS if the hazard selection or template wording changes.
