Reading the product catalogue

The Inventory page shows visible products for your account, including your own items and universal templates. The list separates items by source, shows supplier details where available, and displays cost and sell prices for users with financial access.

Each row includes the product name, supplier SKU when set, category, supplier label, source and pricing. Use these details to confirm that a product is suitable before mapping it into a fence model or using it as a quoting component.

Finding the right material item

Use the source filter to switch between all items, universal templates and your own products. Filter by supplier when you want to review a catalogue from one supplier, or search by product name, SKU, supplier or category.

Universal templates can be mapped into your own catalogue when you need an editable copy. Your own items can be edited or deleted where your access allows it.

Checks before using products in estimates

Confirm the supplier SKU, category, cost price and sell price are current.

Check height, length, profile or gate details for products where those fields apply.

Review supplier mapping before adding the product to a model component.

For shared teams, confirm the person making pricing changes has the right financial access.
