Create fence runs
Draw the fence sections that make up a visual plan and apply the right model, height, colour and slope before quoting.

Create fence runs
Create fence runs to turn a lead site layout into measured sections ready for quote pricing.
Set the run defaults first
Before drawing, choose the fence model, height, colour and default slope in the Quote Specification panel. New lines use these values, so setting them first reduces repeat editing when several boundaries share the same specification.
Use the fence model selector carefully. The selected model controls the material recipe that will later be used by Quote Builder when the plan is synced.
Draw each boundary as a separate run
- Choose the draw mode from the Visual Builder toolbar.
- Click or drag across the grid to create the fence line.
- Release the line when the run reaches the required length and direction.
- Repeat the process for each separate boundary or fence section.
Keeping separate fence sections as separate runs makes it easier to review lengths, adjust specifications and understand the quote breakdown later.
Check the new run before continuing
Select the run after drawing it. The Line Options panel shows the run name, measured length and specification controls. Review the model, height, colour and slope while the details are fresh from the site measure or take-off.
Build the full plan progressively
Use the plan summary to watch the run count and total length increase as you draw. Add gates after the main runs are in place, then return to each run for final measurement checks before syncing to Quote Builder.
