When a client opens the public proposal link, Fencify records fresh activity against that quote. A sent quote can move to viewed after the proposal is opened, and recent proposal access is captured in the quote activity trail.
- Send the quote from the quote page so the proposal link is issued from the current quote record.
- Wait for the client to open the proposal link shared in the quote email.
- Return to your quote workflow and review the status update for that quote.
