How proposal view activity is recorded

When a client opens the public proposal link, Fencify records fresh activity against that quote. A sent quote can move to viewed after the proposal is opened, and recent proposal access is captured in the quote activity trail.

  1. Send the quote from the quote page so the proposal link is issued from the current quote record.
  2. Wait for the client to open the proposal link shared in the quote email.
  3. Return to your quote workflow and review the status update for that quote.

This gives your team a reliable engagement signal before a phone call, reminder, or acceptance follow-up.

Checking viewed status in your quotes workflow

Use your regular quotes area to confirm which opportunities have moved from sent to viewed.

  1. Open the quotes list and locate the relevant quote row.
  2. Check the quote status badge for the current stage.
  3. Open the quote record to confirm the same status in the client summary panel.

The same status language across list and detail screens helps estimators and admin staff apply a consistent follow-up process.
