Generate a quote PDF when you need a printable view of the current quote for review or customer records.
What the PDF includes
The quote PDF uses the current quote data, customer details, presenter details, fence runs, manual items, subtotal, GST and total. It can also show quote validity and payment terms based on account settings and the quote history available for the record.
Creating the PDF
- Open the quote detail page.
- Open the quote action menu.
- Choose the Quote PDF option.
- Review the generated PDF in the new document view.
Before relying on the PDF
- Check customer name, address, email and phone details.
- Review run measurements and line items in Quote Builder first.
- Check GST and the final quote value.
- Confirm quote validity and payment wording match your business process.
