Where address suggestions appear

Address autocomplete is available on Fencify address fields that support the shared lookup control. You may see it while creating or editing leads, updating project site details, entering billing information, adding supplier details, or recording team member addresses.

The address field remains a normal text field, so you can still finish the entry manually when needed.

Choosing the right suggested address

1. Start typing at least three characters of the street address.
2. Review the suggestions that appear below the field.
3. Select the closest match for the site or contact record you are editing.
4. Check the filled address details before saving the form.

Use the full street address where possible. A precise address helps estimators, supervisors and office staff work from the same site location.

Fields Fencify can fill from a selection

After you select a suggestion, Fencify resolves the selected address and fills matching fields when they are present on the same form.

• Address: the formatted street address.
• Suburb: the locality linked to the selected address.
• State: the Australian state or territory.
• Postcode: the four digit postcode.
• Location details: latitude, longitude or the address reference where that form stores them.

Quick checks before saving

Address suggestions are a starting point for accurate records. Before saving, check that the street, suburb and postcode match the customer, supplier, staff member or job site you are entering.
