Review account activity logs

Use this guide to check important activity recorded against your Fencify account, including sign-ins, device context and recent access details.

What this is for

The account logs page gives you a running record of important activity linked to your own Fencify account. It helps you review sign-ins and other recorded account events, along with supporting details such as the IP address, device type, browser, operating system, location context and the time each event was captured.

This page is about account activity only. It is not a project activity log, a quote history page, a customer payment audit trail or a business profile settings screen.

Before you start

If you are checking a specific event, it helps to know what date range, device, browser or location you want to review before you start filtering the list.

How to use it

  1. Open your account area and go to the logs section.
  2. Review the latest entries first. Each row shows the activity type, the recorded IP address, a context summary, any stored details and the time the event was logged.
  3. Use the search and filter options to narrow the list. You can search by activity type, IP address, operating system, browser or browser language, and you can also filter by device, continent and country.
  4. Change the sort order or results per page if you need to work back through older entries or focus on a shorter review window.
  5. If you need a copy outside Fencify, use the available export options to download the filtered list in CSV, JSON or PDF when those exports are available on your plan.
  6. If you spot activity that does not look familiar, compare the device and location context first, then review your account security settings and recent sign-ins before taking further action.

What happens next

Your filters only change the list you are viewing. They do not change or remove the recorded entries. As more important account activity is captured, new rows appear in the log so you can come back later and review them again. If the page is empty, it simply means there are no recorded entries available yet.

Tips

  • Use the IP search when you want to compare entries from the same network or connection.
  • Filter by device or country to isolate unusual access patterns more quickly.
  • Export a filtered list if you need to keep a record of a specific review period.
