Import Wizard
Import history
Use Import history to review recent CSV imports and reopen summaries when your team needs to check outcomes.
Reading recent CSV imports
The History view lists recent import jobs with date, source, import type, status, row count, outcome and template name. It gives owners and admin users a quick way to see which files have been uploaded, previewed or committed.
Using history during follow-up
Open a history row when you need to confirm how many rows imported, how many were skipped or which template was used. The View action opens the summary for that import job so you can review row statuses and created record references.
Starting another import
Use New Import from the history screen when you are ready to upload another CSV. If the next file uses a saved template and the same header layout, Fencify can seed the mapping choices for review.
Operational checks
- Check the date and source before comparing two similar imports.
- Use the row count and outcome columns to spot incomplete imports.
- Review the template name when a repeated export mapped differently from expected.
- Follow up created records from the summary when imported data affects live work.
