Generate a project document

Use Project Documents to create PDFs from enabled templates using the selected project, client, site, quote and invoice context.

Before generating

Review the project name, address, client details, linked quote, project value, invoice details where relevant and template wording. Project documents can include contracts, handover wording, warranties, variation notices, care instructions and other enabled templates.

Creating the project PDF

  1. Open the project and choose Project Documents from the project action menu.
  2. Review the enabled templates listed on the Project Documents page.
  3. Select Generate PDF beside the template you want to create.
  4. Fencify renders the template with project placeholders and stores the generated record.
  5. Open the generated PDF from the history panel for review.

Checks before sending or relying on it

Confirm the client, site, project, quote, invoice and wording details in the PDF. For contract, warranty, care, variation and handover wording, review the output against your business process and project requirements.
