Configure lead form styling
Set the website lead form button colours, typography, button shape, and submission behaviour before sharing your embed snippet.
Onboarding and Configuration
Configure lead form styling
Use lead form styling to match your website presentation and control what people see after they submit an enquiry.
When to update lead form styling
Review these settings during onboarding, after a brand update, or before launching a new website page. A clean match between your website and enquiry form helps people complete the form with confidence.
It is also worth checking before high-volume quoting periods so your team receives enquiries through the same design and submission behaviour each time.
Start with the website embed snippet
In Configuration, open the Lead form step and copy the website embed code shown in the panel. This snippet contains your account form endpoint so website enquiries post directly into your Fencify lead flow.
Share the snippet with your web person, or place it into the relevant website page if you manage your own site updates.
- The form captures full name, email, phone, project address, and message.
- Successful submissions create a new website enquiry record in your account.
- Your team also receives a website lead notification when an enquiry is received.
Adjust button colours, typography, and shape
Use the styling controls to align the form with your website design language while keeping text legible on all devices.
- Set Button colour for the Send Enquiry action.
- Set Button text colour so button labels are easy to read.
- Choose Typography to match your website style.
- Choose Button shape for pill, rounded, soft, or square corners.
Choose what happens after submission
The After someone submits setting controls the completion experience for website visitors.
- Show a success message
- The form stays on the page and displays a confirmation message after sending.
- Refresh after submission
- The page reloads after a successful enquiry, which suits websites that rely on a fresh state.
Pick the option that best fits your website layout and how you want visitors to continue after submitting details.
Check the live preview before saving
The preview card updates while you change colours, type, button shape, and submission behaviour. Confirm the button style, field readability, and confirmation message tone before you save.
Once saved, keep the embed snippet in your website records so future updates are quick when your branding changes.
After saving your lead form settings
New website enquiries continue flowing into your Leads area with your chosen form styling and submission behaviour applied to the shared embed code.
- Recheck styling after any logo or colour refresh.
- Review a live website page after web updates to confirm the form still appears as expected.
- Keep one approved style set so all enquiry pages present your business consistently.
