Use employment fields to capture the work details that help your team member record reflect the person role and status.
Employment fields to review
The team member form can store position title, employment type, start date, end date, probation end, employment status, supervisor and pay frequency. These fields help your office keep a clear staff record.
Rate fields include rate type, base rate, overtime rate, Saturday rate, Sunday rate, public holiday rate and allowances.
Updating employment information
- Open the team member create or update page.
- Review the employment section fields.
- Enter role, status and date details.
- Add supervisor, pay frequency and rate details where they are part of your process.
- Save the member record.
Review dates and internal notes
The HR documents section also includes induction completion date, next performance review and HR notes. Use these fields for internal reminders linked to the person record.
