Leads and Website Lead Intake
Edit lead details
Use the lead details screen to keep enquiry records current so sales follow-up, quoting, and visit planning stay aligned with the latest customer information.
When to update a lead record
Lead details should be updated whenever new information comes in from a phone call, callback, text message, or site conversation. Current records help your office and estimator work from the same facts when the lead moves to quoting.
- Update details after every meaningful customer conversation.
- Adjust status as the enquiry moves through your sales pipeline.
- Capture new notes while the context is still fresh.
Details to confirm before saving
Start with the core fields at the top of the lead page, then check the commercial context fields used by your team for follow-up and reporting.

- Email and Phone: confirm best contact channels before the next call or message.
- Address: keep the site location accurate for quoting and visit planning.
- Fence Type: select the requested style so the lead reflects likely quote scope.
- Marketing Source: keep source attribution up to date for pipeline review.
