Reading the connection cards

The Integrations Hub groups available connections under Financial & Accounting. Each card shows the provider name, the purpose of the connection and the current action available for your account.

• Stripe supports card payments for quotes and invoices where online payment collection is available.
• Xero supports syncing invoices, contacts and payments with Xero accounting.
• QuickBooks supports syncing invoices, customers and payments with QuickBooks Online.

Checking provider availability

A connected provider shows a Connected state. If a provider is ready to be linked, the card shows a connect action. Xero and QuickBooks are treated as alternative accounting connections, so the page can ask you to disconnect the other accounting provider before linking a new one.

Using the advanced health summary

Where available to your account, the advanced panel can show accounting scope, mapping totals, queue totals and recent sync health. These summaries are useful for an owner, admin worker or bookkeeper reviewing accounting sync activity.

When to review integrations

Review this page after setting up a provider, before sending a batch of invoices, after retrying failed sync work, or when your bookkeeper asks you to confirm which accounting provider is connected.
