Use the public installer job sheet to give field workers practical site access without opening the full project workspace.
Site information for installers
The installer job sheet shows the contractor branding, site address, project status and milestone progress. It can also show the visual site plan, fence runs, material summary, BYDA status and SWMS access when those records are available.
Proof photos and files from site
Installers can upload proof photos or project files from the job sheet. Supported uploads include images, PDFs, Word and Excel files up to the displayed size limit. Uploaded files are stored against the project so the office can review them later.
Milestone updates from the field
- Open the installer job sheet link.
- Enter installer name when useful.
- Complete milestones in sequence.
- Add a short progress note where context helps the office team.
- Review the progress percentage after saving updates.
Safety document checks
The job sheet highlights BYDA and SWMS readiness. Installers should check the available site documents and follow the contractor process before starting high-risk work, excavation or other site activities.
