Complete staff profile fields

Use the personal profile section to keep staff contact and identity details in the team member record.

Profile details to review

The Personal profile section can store first name, last name, preferred name, account email, personal email, mobile phone, work phone, date of birth and gender.

The same section also captures residential address and postal address. Postal address can be marked as the same as residential when that suits the record.

Updating staff contact records

  1. Open the team member create or update page.
  2. Open Personal profile.
  3. Enter the staff member name, email and phone details.
  4. Complete residential and postal address details where needed.
  5. Save the team member record.

Good privacy habits for staff records

Only enter details your business needs for team access, employment administration or field communication. Review personal details when staff change phone numbers, addresses or preferred names.
