Reading project document history

The history panel lists generated project documents for the selected project, including the document title and generation date. This gives your team a quick record of project PDFs created from templates.

Opening a saved project PDF

1. Open the project and go to Project Documents.
2. Find the generated document in the history panel.
3. Select Open PDF to review the stored generated output.
4. Check the content before sending, filing or using it in the job record.

Regenerating after project changes

Generate a fresh document after changes to project details, linked quote details, invoice details, template wording, client information or handover records. The new PDF will appear as a new history entry.
