Reading generated history

The history panel lists generated quote documents for the selected quote, with the document title and generation date. The list helps you check which proposal, notice or quote document outputs have already been created.

Opening a saved quote PDF

1. Open the quote and go to Quote Documents.
2. Find the generated document in the history panel.
3. Select Open PDF to view the generated output.
4. Check the content before forwarding, filing or relying on the record.

When to generate a fresh copy

If quote details, customer details, line items, neighbour details or template wording have changed, generate a new document so the current information is reflected in the PDF.
