Use BYDA tools to request managed support or attach approved Before You Dig plans to the project record.
Managed BYDA request status
The project Operations tab can show the latest managed BYDA request status, including pending, in progress, completed or cancelled. This helps your team see whether underground services planning is still waiting on action or already has a result attached.
When a managed request is lodged, the project stores request details and can notify the relevant internal queue for follow-up.
Uploading a BYDA plan
- Open the project and go to Operations.
- Use the BYDA upload option.
- Attach the approved plan file.
- Confirm the BYDA status panel shows a plan on file.
The linked BYDA file is also available to the installer job sheet when the file can be found.
