Reset your password

Use this guide when you can't sign in and need to set a new password for your Fencify account.

What this is for

This feature helps you recover access to your own Fencify account if you have forgotten your password or need to replace it. It sends a recovery link to your account email, then lets you set a new password securely.

This is an account access feature. It is not related to customer payments, project invoices, or on-site job records.

Before you start

Make sure you can access the email inbox linked to your Fencify login. You will need that inbox to open the recovery link.

How to use it

  1. Open the Fencify sign-in page and choose the Lost password option.
  2. Enter the email address you use to sign in to Fencify.
  3. If a security check appears, complete it, then submit the form to send your recovery link.
  4. Check your inbox for the password reset email. If needed, also check junk or spam folders.
  5. Open the recovery link from that email. You will be taken to the page to set a new password.
  6. Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm, then submit.
  7. After your password is accepted, continue to your account.

What happens next

Your old password is replaced with the new one, and the recovery link is no longer usable. If your reset link has expired or no longer works, request a new one from the lost password page and repeat the process.

Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other services.
  • If the email does not arrive straight away, wait a few minutes before requesting another link.
  • Too many rapid requests may trigger a temporary wait period, so submit carefully.
