Add logo and brand settings
Use these settings to apply your business logo and brand colours so proposals, public portal screens, and document previews reflect your business presentation.
When to update your branding setup
Update these settings when your logo changes, when you refresh your business colours, or before you begin sending a new round of proposals and invoice documents. Keeping this area current helps your customer-facing pages show a consistent identity across the quoting and payment journey.
If you work with a team, confirm which logo version and colour values are approved before you save updates.
Brand details to prepare first
- Your latest business logo file that you want displayed in client-facing previews and documents.
- Your preferred accent, accent text, header, and header text colours in hex format, such as
#DFFF00or#1F2223. - A quick check that text remains readable against your chosen background and accent colours.
Updating logo and public portal colours
- Open your configuration setup and go to the business branding section.
- Upload or replace your business logo in the logo field.
- Enter or pick your accent colour and accent text colour for primary actions and badges.
- Set the header colour and header text colour used in the public portal header area.
- Review the live preview cards to confirm logo placement and colour balance before you continue.
- Save the setup so the updated branding values are stored on your account.
After saving and ongoing checks
Once saved, your branding values are available to the configuration previews used for customer-facing pages and document layouts. This gives you a clear reference point before you issue proposals or invoices.
When you change branding again, recheck logo clarity, button contrast, and heading readability in the preview panels so your documents and portal presentation remain professional and easy to follow.
Review this against your business process, project requirements and local obligations before sending or relying on customer-facing documents.
