Fence models list
Use the Fence Models page to review the model templates that drive fence run pricing and component selection in quoting.
Reading model setup
The list shows each model name, fence type, bay size and component count. A supplier label can appear against the model to help organise supplier-specific versions, while global models are marked as global.
Open a model name or choose Edit Components to review the products and calculation logic behind that model. Component count is a quick signal that the model has a configured recipe.
Managing related model settings
The page also provides actions for managing colours and fence types. Fence types can control whether colours or gate controls appear in quoting, and height options can guide estimator choices.
Use Create Model when you need a new model for a product family, supplier range, bay size or fence type. Use Edit Model for account-owned models when the name, fence type, supplier label or bay size changes.
Checks before quoting from a model
Confirm the fence type matches the way the job will be quoted.
Check bay size against your standard post spacing.
Open components to confirm required materials and logic types are configured.
Review supplier-linked products when supplier-specific pricing matters.
