Before removing a run

Check that you are working on the correct quote and the correct run. Removing a run also removes generated quote items tied to that run. If the run has attached gates, those gate records and their generated items are removed with it.

Removing a run or gate

1. Open the quote in Quote Builder.
2. Find the fence run or attached gate in the Fence Runs area.
3. Open the row action menu.
4. Choose the delete action and confirm the removal.
5. Review the bill of materials and quote total after the page refreshes.

What changes after deletion

Fencify removes the selected run or gate, clears linked generated items, rebuilds remaining run items, recalculates the quote total and records a quote revision. When an attached gate is deleted, the parent run length is refreshed so the fence length reflects the remaining openings.

Review after removal

• Confirm the remaining runs still match the site measurements.
• Check that manual items still make sense after the run change.
• Review the quote total before sending or accepting the quote.
