How lead visits appear

Fencify shows each scheduled lead visit as a calendar event labelled with the customer name. When a suburb is saved on the lead, the suburb is included in the event title or card details to help you recognise the location quickly.

Lead visit cards use the site visit colour settings from your calendar preferences.

Opening the lead from the calendar

1. Open the Calendar page.
2. Use Site Visits or search if you want to narrow the view.
3. Select the visit card for the customer.
4. Review the lead details, address, phone number, notes and visit timing.

Opening the lead lets you update contact details, site notes and quote preparation details from the main lead record.

Changing visit timing safely

If your account has calendar update access, dragging a lead visit to a new time updates the visit date and time on that lead. Use this when an appointment changes during scheduling.

Visit planning checks

• Confirm the customer name and suburb before assigning the visit.
• Open the lead before the appointment to check phone, address and notes.
• Update the lead status and visit details after any customer call that changes the appointment.
