Use the quote email template
Use quote email templates to send clear proposal emails with the right client and quote details already filled in.
Where the quote template is used
When you send a quote, Fencify prepares an email for the client with a subject line, message body and proposal link. Saved quote templates can be selected in the send quote modal, then adjusted before sending.
Quote placeholders to check
Quote templates can use placeholders for client name, contact details, project name, project address, quote number, amount, proposal link and company details. These placeholders help the same template work across different quotes.
Sending with the template
- Open the quote you want to send.
- Open the send quote option.
- Select a saved quote template if one suits the message.
- Review the recipient email, subject and message body.
- Check follow-up settings if you want stale-quote reminders scheduled.
- Send the quote email.
