Review project install dates on the calendar
Project install dates appear on the calendar so supervisors and office staff can see upcoming installation work alongside lead visits.
How installation events appear
Projects appear on the calendar when an install start date is saved. The event title uses the project name and the card can show available suburb or address details.
If an install end date is saved, the calendar can show the installation across the date range. This helps your team understand whether a job is planned as a single day or a multi-day block.
Opening the project from an install card
- Open Calendar and choose Monthly, Weekly or List view.
- Select Installations to focus on project work.
- Choose the install card for the project you want to check.
- Review the project address, install dates, status and operational notes from the project record.
Updating install timing from project details
The project record stores install start and install end dates. Update those fields from the project detail page when the schedule changes during office planning or after confirming crew availability.
When the dates are saved on the project, the calendar uses the latest project timing the next time events are loaded.
Scheduling checks before the crew arrives
- Confirm the project status is suitable for upcoming install work.
- Check the site address and suburb before sending the crew.
- Review project files, materials and operational notes from the project page before relying on the calendar date alone.
