Review quote and lead analytics
Use the dashboard analytics panels to follow quote momentum, spot follow-up priorities, and compare lead sources by win rate and pipeline value.

Review quote and lead analytics
Use the analytics sections in Command Centre to decide which quotes need attention first and which lead sources are bringing through stronger work.
Reading the analytics areas on Dashboard
The analytics view sits across two parts of the page: Pipeline Focus and Lead Source Performance. Together, these panels help you see immediate quote follow-up priorities and broader lead quality trends without leaving Dashboard.
- Stale Quotes: sent or viewed quotes with older activity dates that likely need a client follow-up.
- Draft Quotes: quotes still being prepared before they are sent to the customer.
- Lead Source Performance: inquiry count, won count, win rate, and pipeline revenue by source.
Checking these three areas in one pass gives your office team and estimators a clear daily priority list.
Prioritising stale and draft quotes
- Open Pipeline Focus and scan Stale Quotes first.
- Open the quote directly from the row actions when you need full detail before contacting the client.
- Use the available nudge action when a follow-up email is appropriate for that customer.
- Move to Draft Quotes and continue builder work for any quotes that are ready to finalise and send.
Use quote value, last activity date, and customer context to sequence your follow-up calls and message timing through the day.
Checking lead source quality with revenue context
Lead Source Performance shows how each source is performing based on inquiries, won jobs, and pipeline value. This helps you compare source quality, not just raw lead volume.
- Review Inquiries to understand source activity.
- Review Won and Win Rate to see which channels are converting best.
- Review Pipeline Revenue to compare likely value from each source.
When one source has strong volume but weak win rate, review lead qualification and quoting response speed for that source before increasing spend.
Daily operating rhythm for quote and lead analytics
Run a short morning review and a short afternoon review so the data turns into action while jobs are still active.
- Morning: clear stale quote follow-ups and identify drafts that can be issued today.
- Midday: check whether client responses are moving quotes forward.
- Afternoon: review lead source changes and adjust tomorrow's estimator workload.
