What to prepare

The notice uses quote details, customer information, contractor information and the quoted works. When a Notice to Fence template is enabled for your account, Fencify can render that template and store the generated document. Otherwise, it uses the built-in Notice to Fence PDF view.

Creating the notice

1. Open the quote detail page.
2. Review the quote runs and customer details.
3. Update neighbour details where required.
4. Choose the Notice to Fence action.
5. Review the generated PDF before sending or relying on it.

Review before sending

• Check the neighbour name, address and contact details.
• Review the works summary against the current quote.
• Check dates, contractor details and customer details.
• Review the document against your business process, project requirements and local obligations before sending or relying on it.
