Integration entity mapping
Use integration entity mapping summaries to review how many Fencify customers, invoices and payments have been linked to supported accounting provider records.
What the mapping summary shows
The advanced area in Integrations can show deterministic sync map totals. The summary separates totals for Xero and QuickBooks, then groups them by customer, invoice and payment mappings.
Using mapping totals during review
Mapping totals help your admin or bookkeeping team understand whether sync activity is creating linked records as expected. A growing invoice mapping total after sync work usually means Fencify has recorded links between local invoices and provider records.
When mapping needs attention
Review mapping totals when a sync result reports a conflict, when the same invoice appears to have been handled differently by older and newer sync records, or when your bookkeeper asks which invoices have already been linked.
Practical bookkeeping checks
- Compare mapping totals with recent sync work before retrying the same invoice.
- Check the connected accounting provider before interpreting the totals.
- Use invoice sync status notes alongside mapping summaries for a clearer result.
