Use the compliance and HR document sections to attach important files to a staff or subcontractor record.
Documents supported on the member form
The compliance section includes white card, drivers licence, WWCC, first aid, police check, trade licence and extra compliance file uploads. Each licence-style field can also hold a number and expiry date where the form supports it.
The HR documents section can hold a signed employment contract, Fair Work Information Statement, right to work evidence, tax declaration and policy acknowledgement.
Uploading and reviewing files
- Open the team member create or update page.
- Open Compliance documents or HR documents.
- Add relevant numbers and expiry dates.
- Choose the file upload field for the matching document.
- Review the preview panel before saving.
- Save the team member record.
Expiry and evidence checks
Use expiry dates to support routine compliance reviews. Review uploaded documents against your business process, project requirements and local obligations before assigning site work or relying on the record.
