Use bank and superannuation fields to keep key payment administration details attached to the team member record.
Payment administration fields
The team member form can store bank BSB, bank account number and bank account name. It can also store super fund name, super USI and super member number.
These fields sit with other HRM and employment details so your office can review payment administration records from the same member page.
Updating bank and super details
- Open the team member create or update page.
- Review the bank and superannuation fields.
- Enter the details provided by the staff member or subcontractor.
- Check spelling, account numbers and member numbers carefully.
- Save the team member record.
