Public Proposal and Acceptance

Confirm public proposal branding matches your account settings

Use this check before sending proposal links so your client sees the right logo, colours and business identity on the public proposal page.

Branding elements clients see on the proposal

The proposal page opens with a branded header area, action buttons, and a prepared-by panel. These elements should reflect your current account branding so the proposal feels consistent with your business presentation.

  • Brand mark: your uploaded logo appears in the hero area when available.
  • Business label: your business name appears as the contractor identity.
  • Accent styling: proposal action buttons use your portal accent and accent text colours.
  • Header styling: the proposal header area uses your saved portal header colours.

How proposal branding is sourced from Configuration

Public proposal styling follows the account-level branding you save in Configuration. When these settings are current, proposal links show the same visual style your team expects.

  1. Open Configuration and review your logo and public portal colour fields.
  2. Confirm the accent colour, accent text colour, header colour, and header text colour are set to approved values.
  3. Save any updates, then reopen a proposal link to confirm the live page reflects those changes.

If no logo is available, the proposal still presents your business name in the brand area, so clients can identify who prepared the quote.

Check the client-facing proposal before sharing

Run a quick visual pass from the same public link you plan to send. This keeps the customer experience clean and avoids avoidable presentation corrections after the quote is viewed.

  • Confirm the logo is clear and readable at proposal header size.
  • Confirm button text is readable against the accent background.
  • Confirm the prepared-by business identity and contact details look correct.
  • Confirm the proposal PDF download option is visible and consistent with your branding.

Team follow-up when branding changes

After a logo refresh or palette update, ask the team to check active proposal links that are about to go to clients. This helps maintain a consistent presentation across proposal reviews and acceptance conversations.

It is also useful to recheck current quote links after seasonal campaigns or trading-name updates, so the proposal header and action styling stay aligned with your latest account settings.
