Reopen a saved visual plan

Reopen a saved plan when you need to check the visual layout or refine the run details for a linked quote.

How saved plans are restored

When Visual Builder opens for a lead, Fencify looks for saved visual plan data connected to that lead and any selected quote. If a saved grid plan is available, the runs, gates, defaults and selected quote context are restored into the workspace.

This lets you continue from the latest saved layout instead of redrawing the plan from scratch.

Review the restored plan

  • Check the restored run count and gate count.
  • Select each run and confirm model, height, colour, slope and length.
  • Select each gate and confirm type, width and attachment to a run.
  • Use the Return to quote option if you opened the plan from an existing quote and only needed to review it.

Refining a reopened plan

You can continue editing the restored grid plan by drawing additional runs, adjusting measurements, changing specifications or removing items that no longer match the scope.

After making changes, sync the plan again so the linked quote is rebuilt with the latest visual plan details.

Checks before syncing again

Confirm you are working against the intended lead and quote context. A resync replaces the previous Visual Builder generated quote runs and gate items for that quote with the current plan details.
