Checking Stripe from Integrations Hub

Open Integrations and review the Stripe card. A connected account shows a Connected state and a Manage Settings action. If Stripe has not been linked yet, the card offers a Connect Stripe action.

Confirming Stripe in Configuration

Configuration shows Stripe in the Payments step. The Online payments card displays Ready when Stripe is connected and Optional when it has not been completed. When connected, the card also shows Stripe Account Active with the linked account reference.

When to review the status

• Before sending quotes or invoices that include online card payment options.
• After changing payment settings in Configuration.
• After reconnecting Stripe or changing the Stripe account used by your business.
• Before a busy billing period where deposits or project payments may be collected online.
