Reading the calendar page

The calendar brings two kinds of work into one view: lead site visits and project installations. Site visits are shown as visit events, while installation work is shown as install events.

Each event card shows the event type, timing, title and available location details. Selecting an event opens the related lead or project record so you can review the full job context.

Switching between calendar layouts

Use the view switcher to choose the layout that suits the planning job.

• Monthly: useful for spotting busy periods and gaps across the month.
• Weekly: useful for checking a tighter run of visits and install work.
• List: useful when you want a plain work list for the current week.

The previous, next and today controls move the calendar date range without changing the underlying lead or project records.

Opening work from the calendar

Select a site visit event to open the lead. Select an installation event to open the project. This is the fastest way to move from schedule planning into the record your team needs to update.

The Add Event button opens lead creation, which suits new site visit work that starts as an enquiry.

Daily planning checks

1. Open Calendar at the start of the day.
2. Use Monthly or Weekly view depending on how far ahead you are planning.
3. Search or filter when the calendar is busy.
4. Open any event that needs a phone call, quote update or project timing check.
