Delete a disposable email template
Remove saved custom templates when they are outdated or no longer useful for your client communication.
Before removing a template
Check the template name, subject line and use type before deleting it. This is helpful when several templates have similar names or were created for a temporary project update.
Deleting the saved template
- Open Email Templates.
- Go to Saved templates.
- Open the action menu for the template.
- Choose Delete.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
After the template is removed
The deleted custom template is removed from email template selectors. Default client templates remain available, and you can create a new custom template later if the wording is needed again.
