Review upcoming work

Use the Field Work section in Command Centre to see the next booked site visits and in-progress installs, then open the right record without jumping through multiple screens.

Reading the Field Work section quickly

The dashboard groups upcoming work into two panels: Upcoming Site Visits and Active Installs. Both panels are sorted by date, so the nearest jobs appear first.

Start by checking the count shown in each panel heading. This gives you an immediate view of today's lead-visit workload versus delivery workload already on site.

  • Upcoming Site Visits: booked lead visits with visit date, suburb, and lead status.
  • Active Installs: projects currently in progress with install start date and location details.

Working through Upcoming Site Visits

  1. Open the dashboard and go to Field Work.
  2. Review the first entries in Upcoming Site Visits to see who needs attention first.
  3. Use each row's actions menu to open the lead record, start a quote, or call the contact when a phone number is available.
  4. Confirm the visit date and suburb before assigning who will attend the visit.

If the panel shows no bookings, add or update visit details in your lead records so the upcoming schedule remains reliable for planning.

Checking Active Installs for delivery planning

The Active Installs panel highlights projects with in-progress status and an install start date. Use this panel to confirm which jobs are live and where your install crews are expected to be.

  1. Review install start dates from top to bottom.
  2. Open the project from the actions menu when you need project-level updates.
  3. Open the job sheet from the same menu when installers need current site instructions.

Checking these entries each morning helps prevent clashes between quoted work, booked visits, and crews already committed to active jobs.

Daily operating checks for smoother handovers

  • Compare today's visit bookings with available estimators before your first outbound calls.
  • Confirm each in-progress install still has the right start window and location details recorded.
  • When priorities shift, update the relevant lead or project record straight away so the dashboard remains accurate for the next person opening it.
