Reading the quote pipeline

The Quotes page shows quote records for your account with the customer name, quote number, property address, quote status, quote value and created date. Status labels help you separate draft work from sent, accepted and declined quotes.

Each row gives you a compact view of the quote before you open it. Use it as the daily working list for quotes that need editing, sending, follow-up or conversion after acceptance.

Finding the right quote

Use the status filter to narrow the list to a particular stage. Use search when you know the quote number, customer name, property address or quote ID.

• Choose Draft for quotes still being built.
• Choose Sent when checking quotes waiting on a customer response.
• Choose Accepted before converting won work to a project.
• Choose Declined when reviewing lost quote history.

Opening quote actions

Select the quote number or the row action menu to open the quote detail page. The action menu also lets you open Quote Builder for editing, or delete a quote where your access allows it.
