Before changing the status

Review the quote total, line items, customer details and any recent changes. Marking accepted captures an accepted commercial snapshot, records the accepted event and clears future follow-ups for that quote.

Accepting the quote manually

1. Open the quote detail page.
2. Check the current quote status and commercial summary.
3. Open the quote action menu.
4. Choose Mark Accepted.
5. Confirm the action.

What Fencify records

Fencify updates the quote status to accepted, captures the accepted commercial snapshot, records the conversion event, adds an activity log entry and creates an internal notification. The quote can then be converted into a project.

Follow-up checks

• Check the accepted snapshot if the quote was recently edited.
• Confirm the customer approval has been captured through your usual business process.
• Convert the quote to a project when operations are ready to start setup.
