Disconnect Stripe from Configuration when your business needs to remove the linked Stripe account from Fencify payment setup.

Before disconnecting Stripe

Review any active payment requests, open invoices and client payment instructions before removing the connection. Coordinate with the person who handles bookkeeping so card payment expectations are clear.

Removing the Stripe link

  1. Open Configuration and go to the Payments step.
  2. Find the Online payments card showing Stripe Account Active.
  3. Select Disconnect.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.
  5. Check that the card returns to the optional connection state.

After the connection is removed

Open Integrations and confirm the Stripe card offers Connect Stripe again. Review your invoice and quote payment instructions so clients receive clear transfer or payment guidance after the change.
