Update your account profile
Use your account profile to keep your personal Fencify details current, including your name, login email, profile image and working timezone.
What this is for
Your account profile is for your personal account identity inside Fencify. This is where you manage the details tied to your sign-in and how dates are shown to you.
It is not the same as your business profile details used on quotes, invoices or public-facing pages. Those details sit separately from your personal profile.
How to use it
- Open your account area and go to the Profile section.
- Update your profile image if you want your account to show a current photo or avatar.
- Check your name and make any changes needed so your account records match the person using the login.
- Review your login email address carefully. If you need to change it, enter the new address you want tied to your account.
- Choose the timezone that best matches how you want dates shown while you work in Fencify.
- If an email/newsletter preference is shown on your account, turn it on or off to suit your preference.
- Save your changes when you are finished.
What happens next
After you save, your updated profile details are stored against your Fencify account. Your name, profile image and timezone changes are then used on your account.
If you changed your login email, Fencify may require you to confirm the new address before it becomes active. If that happens, check the new inbox and complete the confirmation step before relying on the new email for sign-in.

- Use an email address you can access straight away in case confirmation is required.
- Set your timezone correctly before reviewing dated records so activity and billing times display the way you expect.
- Use the separate business area for company details, invoice defaults and public branding rather than putting that information in your personal profile.
