Filter calendar events
Use calendar filters when the schedule is busy and you need to focus on a specific type of work, client name, suburb or address.
Use the event type filters
The filter pills at the top of the calendar adjust which loaded events are shown.
- All Work: shows the combined calendar for site visits and installations.
- Site Visits: shows lead visit events.
- Installations: shows project install events.
- Completed: focuses on records marked with a completed status where those records are present on the calendar.
Search by client, job or location
Use the calendar search field to narrow the visible events. Search checks event titles and available location details such as suburb, address and record name.
This is useful when you know the customer name or suburb but want to avoid scanning the whole month or week manually.
Combine filters with calendar views
- Choose Monthly, Weekly or List view.
- Select the filter that matches the work type you want to review.
- Enter a search term if the filtered view is still busy.
- Open the event to review or update the related lead or project.
Practical scheduling checks
Use Site Visits when planning estimator appointments. Use Installations when checking crew loading and project timing. Use search when a customer calls and you need to find their scheduled work quickly.
