Site pack tools

The Operations tab brings together the job sheet, installer view, SWMS, BYDA records, purchase orders and supplier readiness information. It is the working area for getting from an accepted job to a ready site pack.

The job sheet PDF supports printed packs, while the installer view gives site access from a phone through a public project link.

Procurement and readiness checks

Supplier material groupings and purchase order panels help your team prepare material orders from quoted items. Open purchase orders can show ETA status, missing ETA checks and install readiness messages against the project install start date.

Receiving tools let authorised users record delivered quantities, backorders and material actuals so job costing stays aligned with site progress.

Safety and handover preparation

• Generate SWMS when site work requires a documented method statement.
• Request managed BYDA or upload approved plans before excavation work.
• Use the installer view when field users need plans, milestones and proof upload access.
• Use handover tools once construction milestones are complete.
