Checks before saving

• Every drawn fence line has the correct fence model.
• Run lengths match your site notes or take-off.
• Heights, colours and slope settings are correct for each section.
• Gate types and widths are correct.
• The plan summary matches the expected run count, gate count and total length.

Sync the plan to a quote

1. Review the plan on the grid.
2. Use the sync action in the Visual Builder toolbar.
3. Wait for Fencify to prepare the quote data.
4. Continue from the Quote Builder screen after the sync completes.

What Fencify records

Saving the plan stores the visual layout against the lead and the linked quote. Fencify creates or updates draft quote content from the plan, including fence runs, gate openings and generated quote items where the selected models and products support pricing.

The quote total is recalculated after the synced runs and gates are prepared.

After the save completes

Open the quote runs in Quote Builder and check the commercial outcome. Review generated materials, gate items, GST and the final total before sending the quote to the customer.
